José Silvy Mancabo

Mara Alborghetti
Economist with a Masters in Microfinance, after several experiences in the private sector in Italy, since 2006 he has been working on international cooperation projects not only in the economic field. Administrative and financial manager of a delegated EU cooperation project in Senegal is passionate about ethical finance and solidarity economy.
Dario Mariani
Doctor specialized in tropical diseases and expert in public health. He has worked with DGCS, AICS, WHO, Royal Tropical Institute Amsterdam, UNICEF, MSF and several Italian NGOs. He has extensive experience in public health in developing countries and complex humanitarian emergencies (tsunami in Indonesia, post-election violence in Kenya and civil war in southern Sudan).
Roberto Gotti
Graduate in agricultural sciences and with more than 10 years of experience in international cooperation, he has participated in rural development and food security projects in several countries of West Africa and Maghreb. He has been working with the Dakar office since 2013 and is responsible for the sector.
Teodoro Aniceto
Holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Conflict Management. Over the last 20 years, he has addressed humanitarian assistance in response to various crisis situations (Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iraq, Lebanon, Haiti, Thailand and Bangladesh) and emergency programs in Senegal, Niger, in Colombia and Nicaragua.
Liliana Petri
Agronomist with a master’s degree in agricultural and rural development from developing countries; Since 1990, she has been involved in international cooperation projects and is currently leading a project for delegated EU cooperation in Senegal. His passion is support to farmers’ organizations and local development.

Chiara Maria Ribero
Arriving at the AICS office in Dakar in January 2017, he provides technical assistance on programs promoting gender equality and human rights. He has worked in the solidarity economy, women’s empowerment and social protection sectors, and has experience in Canada, India, South Africa, Colombia and Senegal.
Valentina Baraldi
Graduate in international cooperation and protection of human rights, before arriving in Senegal, she gained experience in various countries, including France, Benin and Congo, working for the European Commission and various NGOs on issues related to the socio-educational reintegration of children. Anna Maria Badini Confalonieri
Holder of a double degree obtained at the Institute of Political Studies of Bordeaux and the University of Turin, she has been working for four years in Senegal. It has taken its first steps in international cooperation in Togo and Burundi. After working for one year in the social protection sector with the International Labor Organization in Turin and Dakar, she joined the team of the AICS office in Dakar, where she coordinates civil society initiatives. and decentralized cooperation.
Silvia Bergamasco
A graduate in tropical and subtropical agriculture sciences, she has been involved for 10 years in the field of international cooperation, first in the civil society sector and since March 2018 by integrating the staff of AICS Dakar. , as technical assistant for the rural development and natural resources management sector.
Mame Ndella Ngom
Technical and administrative assistant on the programs of the rural development sector in Casamance, collaborates with the experts of the Dakar office for the execution and the follow-up of the activities in progress. Luca Di Chiara

Michele Montemurro
Law degree, with a research activity on international financial mechanisms supporting development. Solid experience in Brussels of the implementation and management of EU-funded projects in the framework of the Neighborhood Policy, in particular with MENA countries. At AICS, he is responsible for the delegated cooperation of the European Union.
